Comfort
“Life begins at the end of your comfort zone” – Neal Donald Walsch
This is a great reminder to me that we often need to do the things that make us the most uncomfortable to get to the places we want. Whether it’s explaining that a $300 initial estimate uncovered $2000 in needed repairs or presenting maintenance services to the 13th customer when the first 12 already said no, it is all necessary to succeed. Think of a part of your job that is necessary that makes you uncomfortable and figure out a way to master it.
