Customer Satisfaction

The number one thing, above all else, regardless of what it costs, has to be a focus on customer service and satisfaction. Without a customer, we do not have a business. A lot of times the drive to be exemplary is a long and arduous process. It means almost never taking the easy way out. But remember that the struggle is for a purpose. That purpose is the customer. We exist because of the customer, so we must exist for the customer.
