How do you know what your customers truly want if you have never asked them? We have a tendency to make blanket statements that supposedly encapsulate the wants and needs of every person. As humans we all have different likes, dislikes, pet peeves, etc. So while the basics of our process are able to please everyone, you do have to make an effort to treat customer A as customer A wants to be treated and Customer B as customer B wants to be treated. In other words, get to know your guests! After all, you aren’t in a one and done type industry. You are trying to create life long, loyal customers!
