Many businesses try to operate with a “one size fits all” mentality. What an outdated idea! We are right in the middle of a personalized craze. You can get almost anything made the way that you want it, Our service needs to reflect that idea. Each customer has a unique set of hot buttons and turn offs. WE HAVE TO ENGAGE THEM TO LEARN WHAT THEY WANT. We can’t just assume what made customer A happy will also make customer B happy. That is the whole point of having quality people at any position that involves customer interaction. At the end of the day people don’t want a digital menu board with a credit card slot, but sometimes that is all we are giving them! Be more than that.
