Does Your Customer Love What You Do?

Our attitudes about our place of work are reflected in our customers. People always feed off of other people. There are certain folks out there that we can’t wait to be around and some we that dread seeing. In a business setting, the former creates loyalty, the latter loses customers. With everything that your business is and everything your business has to offer, the customers opinion is formed by the person they interact with the most. Those of us that serve the customer make the difference; good or bad. When you love what you do, it shows and it’s contagious. Conversely, when you dislike what you do, you create an environment that isn’t enjoyable to be around. Which one describes you?
