Great Service?

Are people truly satisfied with what you do? Or have they lowered their expectations to match your level of service?

There is a strong difference between meeting expectations and delivering exemplary service. A customer that is happy because you’re doing the job they believe you’re capable of doing, can still not be impressed. Adequacy is a dangerous line to walk. What happens when that guest experiences great service elsewhere? Their bar of expectations will rise and adequate becomes poor. Take every opportunity you get to blow their socks off.
