Today is about customer interaction. What are you learning from each customer visit? When you have success are you taking note of the things you did to make it go right? On the other hand when there’s a setback or failure are you learning something from it? If you are not doing both then you’re not truly growing from each interaction.
Failure can teach us lessons that success never will.
Thomas Edison tried 1,000 times before he successfully made a working light bulb. In his words he didn’t fail a single time, he just figured out 1,000 ways to not make a light bulb.
