Our habits drive our daily behaviors and influence our success, happiness and overall quality of life.  While they play an immense role in our ability to realize our true potential, they often fly underneath the radar of our own personal analysis and refelection.  The truth is, our habits become so ingrained that we are no longer conscious of them, or their consequences.
