More on Customer Service

On Friday we looked at some eye opening statistics. Superior customer service is the greatest tool that we have right now. Most companies believe they have it, most consumers disagree. That leaves the conclusion that we have some work to do! It also means that we can very likely outperform our competition if we truly focus on the customer. Remember that we can be the best at  everything, but without a customer we have nothing.
