How often do you evaluate your personal strengths and weaknesses? How often do you evaluate your companies strengths and weaknesses. Much like a disgruntled customer, most employees remain silent about things that can be improved. They may make small talk to each other about things that they don’t like, but the information doesn’t usually get to the right people. Having the right forum for reflection is vitally important for growth. Constructive conversation is the only way that  true change can happen. Chances are if you the employee can see an issue with your current working process, then it is  likely that some customers will see it as well. At minimum, our guests are usually in tune with the mood of the service drive.
