You only MEASURE what you TREASURE.

We pay the closest attention to the things that we care most about.  We also typically are better at the things that we care about. Most people ignore what they don’t like for as long as they possibly can. Use all of the information that you have to understand where you are strong and where you need improvement. Sometimes is as simple as remembering what you have to offer. Other times it’s that you need help with explaining the features and benefits of a marketable service. Don’t ignore your numbers, use them!
