Service

Service is important. So is doing it with a smile. People don’t want to feel like a burden. It seems ridiculous to talk about customers in those terms, but often times they are made to feel that way. When we don’t greet them right away, when we display a poor attitude, when we are short in our speech; we’ve created an environment where it’s easy for a customer to feel like an inconvenience. What would you do if you truly showed up to serve? How would your customers respond?
