A little positivity goes a long way. When we are asked to do something new the most common response is to go through all of the reasons why WE CAN’T. We rack our brains for any and all issues with doing this new task. What if we did the opposite? What if we looked at all of the reasons WE SHOULD do it first? I bet our overall opinion and attitude toward change would be substantially different. As a culture we have a constant love affair with being afflicted. Introduce some positive thoughts into your day. Break down your barrier that is your negative thoughts and let your positive ones win for a while.
