Trust

We are all in the trust building industry. Think about what we’re doing every day. We take people’s second largest investments away from them, to an area they can’t see, and root around in them. We NEED their trust. The difference between a loyal, profitable customer and a warranty only, or free oil change only customer is who they trust. If we invest ourselves and engage our customers into what it truly means and why it is important to maintain a vehicle, we will have their business and their attention. If we treat each customer as a paycheck, we will only have fleeting moments of success. At the end of the day there is very little you can do without the belief of your clientele. So become a builder of trust, not just a seeker of revenue.
