What do you do best? What do you do best as an individual? What do you do best a dealership? One of the keys to sales is identifying your biggest strength and selling it to your customers. But if we don’t have a clearly defined point of value, that is difficult to do. So spend some time developing and understanding your strengths and how to explain them in a concise value statement. Sometimes people shy away from talking about these things because they feel conceited or feel as if it comes across as bragging. Sales requires us to talk positively about our own and our companies ability to get the job done.
