Powerful words. How do you put a price tag on service? What would it be worth? We ask our customers to do just that, every single day. There will always be someone who can do the repairs or maintenance just as effectively and for less money. So in essence we are saying what we do is worth X amount more than our competition. But what is our VALUE statement? Are we the fastest, most knowledgeable, easiest to deal with, most accommodating, or something else? What are they getting for the extra money that we are asking them to spend? If you can’t answer that, you need to do some thinking!!
