Brandon Doran

President and Founder

Brandon has spent his entire working career in the Automotive Industry.  Beginning with studying Automotive Technology and working his way through Dealership and Independent Service facilities, he progressed to training and outside sales with a major Automotive Maintenance supplier and rose to one of the top 20 salesmen in the United States.  In 2014 he founded Total Performance Solutions with Jeff Diebel, and sought to change the way Automotive Facilities approached service advisor training, customer interaction, and service philosophy.  Brandon spends his spare time training and competing in ultra endurance events, biking and kayaking our many trails and lakes, and traveling with his wife Phuong.

Jeff Diebel

Owner and Director of Business Development

Jeff started his career in the automotive industry in 2005 at the age of 22. He has spent his entire adult life working in and around car dealerships. After working for some of the dominant names in the industry, he felt that there was more that he could offer. He partnered with Brandon in 2014 to bring what they believed would be a new and needed approach to fixed operations. Jeff’s ability to analyze processes and develop new creative ways to increase customer satisfaction and retention are unmatched in the industry.  In his spare time, Jeff enjoys fishing, sports, and spending time with his wife Holly and daughters Stella and Margot.

AJ Langohr

Business Development Consultant

A.J. is the type of person you meet and instantly want to be friends with. His charismatic and well humored personality can lighten up the atmosphere in any room.  He brings to the team a background in sales from a different segment of the automotive industry, the insurance side.  Learning to build success on mutually beneficial relationships and the foundation of helping people has made him a true asset to the team. He plays organized volleyball and enjoys spending time with his wife Alex and being part of the Northeast Indiana community.

Phuong Hua

Office Manager

Phuong is a west Michigan native, and proud alumni of Michigan State University!  Her love of traveling and volunteering has taken her to several diverse areas in the world, and here in West Michigan she is actively involved with several charitable organizations.  A lot of the background operations of the company are handled by Phuong, and her continuously optimistic and helpful personality really brightens up the office!

Charles Gibson

Business Development Consultant

Charles is the type of person that can fix anything and build any project or idea that he’s given.  He has a background in a wide variety of skillsets including commercial construction, boating and marine, automotive, sales and management.  When he’s not working hard at giving his customer base 110%, he’s usually in the woods or on the water.  Charles is an avid hunter, fisherman, boater, ATV/UTV rider, and about everything else outdoors!  He brings a consistent dependable dynamic to the team that we are beyond thankful for!

Rick McAnally

Owner – TPS of Kentucky

Rick is a proud husband and father of two. He was born and raised in Southern California where most of his family still resides. Throughout his teenage years Rick worked for his step-father who was a career service manager at automotive dealerships. He graduated from Purdue University’s Krannert School of Business and is a proud Boilermaker!  Rick has developed partnerships with dozens of dealerships, helping them increase their retention, sales and profits. Rick and his family reside in Louisville, KY and own and manage TPS of Kentucky. His dependability, consistent mindset of growth and positivity, and wealth of knowledge make him a tremendous asset not only to his customers, but also to his community and family.  We are blessed to have Rick on our team!

Mike Becker

Mike has been creating raving fans and providing unmatched customer care for over 40 years.  It started with the family owned bowling center where his work ethic and customer centric skillsets were honed along with his bowling game.  Mike is the only member of our team to have bowled a perfect 300 game!

Hailing from Florida State University, in his free time Mike enjoys playing golf, tennis (now Pickle Ball because you don’t have to run) and walking with his wife, Cindy.  He is a tremendous asset to our customer base, and our TPS family!
